Michelle Campbell Jewelry is produced in brass and plated with 14 karat yellow gold, rose gold, or rhodium. In order to avoid tarnishing and maintain the high-shine finish plating of your Campbell piece, please follow our care instructions! Avoid the following activities while wearing your jewelry: swimming, bathing, exercising, or showering.  For rings specifically, avoid washing your hands or using lotion while wearing.  Do not clean plated jewelry with chemicals, instead gently wipe them with a soft towel. 

Shipping

Items typically ship out on the next business day.

Please note that our shipping estimates are approximate. Delivery may take longer due to weekends, holidays, or unexpected courier delays like bad weather and high package volumes.

Returns

Returns & exchange are only applicable to FULL PRICED, unworn merchandise within 14 days of receipt of goods.

Exchanges are made in the case of incorrect sizing or damaged product.
